Service Areas & Requirements
To ensure we can provide this high level of convenience and maintain the efficiency of our Mobile Lab, please note the following regarding our "We Come to You" service:
• Mileage Radius: we primarily operate within a 50 mile radius of Weymouth. Locations outside this zone may incur a small travel surcharge or require a minimum quantity of items to be booked.
• Site Requirements: Our van requires a safe, flat parking space. For large batches of IT equipment, access to a standard power outlet may be required (though our van is largely self-sufficient).
• Weather: While our lab is enclosed, extreme weather conditions may require us to reschedule outdoor appointments for the safety of your electronics.
